Guys we can talk about Gilbert and all these other guys on the roster, but the truth is we need someone who is strong physically, runs good routes has good hands, tough mentally, and wants to block guys that are bigger, stronger, faster, and more athletic than them. A lot of these TE's even in the NFL don't want to block. We need a Gronkowski type of guy. That's why he's so valuable. He'll get down and do the dirty work. TE is a valuable position
