Celsius vs MSMA+6

Need you guys input on which is better. Looking to begin spraying our athletic fields for the summer. We have used MSMA+6 for several years, now our guy that sprays says we need to be using Celsius. What’s the board’s opinion? Any input is appreciated.

If you are wanting to kill everything but the Bermuda, MSMA is the way to go.
Why did her recommend the switch to Celsius? It's a good product, just curious as to why you would need to switch.

I’m not sure why he recommended the change. We also spray Certainity for Nutsedge, and MSM Turf or Image for Virginia Buttonweed. I don’t know if Celsius kills all of these or not.

Celsius kills VBW but not yellow or purple nutsedge, though it’s effective on Kyllinga (another sedge). .

I was ask for details. Cost saving? Worried about a lawsuit? Availability?

MSMA registration in turfgrass was yanked by EPA for groundwater concerns several years ago and only existing stocks with that label could be used on athletic fields. Maybe those stocks are depleted?? Can only be used in sod farms, golf courses, rights of way, and cotton fields with current labeling.

What about Farenheit vs Celsius? See it touted as a cost friendly alternative but have never used it.
