CDC says 4,647 deaths reported after COVID-19 Vaccine

COVID-19 vaccines were administered in the United States from December 14, 2020, through May 17, 2021. During this time, VAERS received 4,647 reports of death (0.0017%) among people who received a COVID-19 vaccine.
A review of available clinical information, including death certificates, autopsy, and medical records has not established a causal link to COVID-19 vaccines. However, recent reports indicate a plausible causal relationship between the J&J/Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine and a rare and serious adverse event—blood clots with low platelets—which has caused deaths.
Where's the media? Where's the investigation into the vaccine's safety? If it saves even one life, amiright?

I'm pretty sure the media was on the risks of J&J, not sure how you missed it.

Why don't they count vaccine deaths the same way they count Covid deaths. If someone dies and they have Covid, they call it a Covid death. If someone got vaccinated and they later die, it's a vaccine death.

Ummmm, the VAERS system is specifically designed to report complications from vaccines. So the 4000+ deaths are suspected as being caused by the vaccine
