Not that I think we should get involved in such things, but this really isn’t true. China has between 250-300 nuclear warheads, only about 100-150 of which can be immediately deployed and of which only about half can be immediately launched at distances that can reach the continental US. We have nearly 6000 warheads, nearly all of which can reach China. Couple that with our far superior air and ICBM defense technology and China would be unable to overwhelm us and you’d end up with a vaporized China and a couple destroyed American cities.

MAD is largely a myth when discussing any two nations and one of them is the US.
