I'm usually for the cops on these issues, but this one might be the worst one I've ever seen. For once I'm on the side of the criminal and not the cops.
It seems the guy after being caught gave himself up without a fight and the cops took it way too far. A very aggressive arrest was warranted, but after he was no longer a threat, that should have been it and he should have seen his day in court.
