Leadership doesn't necessarily mean elite play. That's what 7 is for (unless your last name is Giles).

Or anyone else who plays less than perfect. See Fournette, Chark, Stevens, etc. it demands perfection and anything that ever falls short—missed tackle, fumble, dropped pass, etc. and they all of a sudden are not worthy.

Hell, some don’t even deserve it simply for being an offensive player.
