That’s because they pre loaded 250k votes for Biden. Trump’s turnout even beat that so they had to “shut it down” to regroup.
I mean it’s really easy to understand when you just stop and remember that dude called AZ with 1% reporting. It was to set the tone for the rest of the tomfoolery

This ^^^^ is where it all melted down….the shut downs. I’ve watched a lot of election returns and I don’t ever recall watching several key swing states shut down tabulation within a hour of each other. This is something the Dims and never Trumpers have been capable of explaining…..hmmm.
