In a perfect world, all the cities would have a similar stance to the stadium building issue and the owners would actually have to pay from their own pocket to build these things.

Plenty of cities don't deserve a team, much less for free. Oakland being one.

Rams got shite for leaving St Louis but Sofi stadium was privately financed

Seems like after the Marlins Mafia Shakedown we are getting away from cities building stadiums. Rams/Charges and Clippers come to mind. Was the Warriors new stadium paid for by them?
