SSjr and I came upon a 5’ gopher snake the other day. They eat rattle snakes so no way I’d have harmed this guy.

Add some buck moth catepillars. Snakes are sign of a healthy environment. I get people killing venomous snakes on their property. But, it isn't difficult to differentiate between the two.
