seems to go alone with the racial population % of the US, with each race slightly lower
white 76% - 66%
black 13% - 8%
hispanic 18% - 11%
not sure you can draw any real conclusion from this

2019 census (quick look at wiki) says:
Whites: 60%
Hispanic: 18%
Black: 13%
Asian: 6%
We are talking single digits delta from the vaccination chart but it’s clear to me that more whites are getting vaccinated than minorities

That is because you have the ability to use logic and facts to direct your thinking.
Unfortunately, the media will tout this a "evidence" as some sort of discrimination against black people
