Rates are going to have an impact, so if we see a pretty good rate hike by year’s end, something will give.

I agree with this but the fed seems intent on keeping rates low
The market might force their hand though

If there is one it will be very late in the year but I wouldn't count on it.
Maybe if the fed would stop buying 20-30bn weekly in MBS and Treasuries.
