The Problem With a Federal Minimum Wage

Do the Dems not even realize what they are asking for with this $20 and $25 federal minimum wage? $25 an hour in Georgia buys you a lot more than it does in New York. It won't take long for people to figure it out. Who will be left living in the blue states when this happens? Where will businesses go when there are no people left to hire in blue states. They are literally asking for the end of their states to exist.

Prices are sky high in Georgia right now too. Just a sheet of osb is $38 locally and I live in a smaller town.
I don't know what minimum wage needs to be but nobody is doing ok on $7.25 an hour even in rural Georgia.
Edit: I'm tired after a 70 hr week and realize this isn't the point of your post.

The problem is that minimum wage laws ALWAYS lead to less employment. On top of that it’s only a means to protect union wages from low skill workers underbidding them.
And for the left to embrace laws that are absolutely rooted in racism is amusing.
