i like my machine. can geek out on the data; it uploads to the cloud every morning and i can look at trends on my phone app.
interesting that some nights i'll have .5 apnea events per hour (or less) and some i'll have 2-3.
seems like when i've been working harder during the day and fall asleep exhausted the apnea events happen more often.
also when i've been drinking before bed.

Well ya, drinking prior to bed is the absolute worst thing you can do to aggravate sleep apnea.

thing for me is I cannot sleep on my back, I roll through the night like I'm on a rotisserie spit, broke my back a few years ago and had to sleep on my back for a few weeks, that was almost as bad as the pain

I had a home sleep study done and they told me I didn’t have sleep apnea because I only had 3 disturbances per hour and they required 5 per hour for a diagnosis. I was pissed because clearly the disturbances were causing my morning issues with brain fog and shortness of breath.
Doing an in-person sleepy study next month and pushing hard for a cpap. Visited a heart specialist and had a full work up with a clean bill of health. It’s gotta be sleep apnea.
