They have an entitlements problem, a no fault divorce system rigged for women problem, a refugee/economic third world migrant problem, and a war on drugs problem that together combine to create a single mothers problem.

Quit paying them and incentivizing single motherhood and I’d bet the problem fixes itself
If you know the government will fund the child from birth -18 years old , and you don’t have to have any financial skin in the game to raise the child, you’ll behave differently
