That review by Wired is encouraging to me because they didn’t approve of it.

I don't read enough of wired to really have an opinion

But I'd guess most tech journals lean solidly left

Even they understand that the tech influence is problematic though

Media is going to try and tells us that Media and business don't simply want to create useless automatons that do nothing but consume. Logically, that is the ideal for both.

They seek to deny independence because people cannot be controlled that way. They aren't useful to the demands of business if they have their own thoughts and motivations.
