re: Away game ticket prices are getting out of control

I don't go to away games any longer, but 2 or 3 years ago when we played UGA in Tiger Stadium the face price of that ticket was $135. The people who sit in front of me knew i had an extra ticket because my wife doesn't go to the games anymore, but I still buy both of my tickets. Anyway his wife texted me to ask if I would sell them the ticket for their kid so he could go. When her husband approached me at the stadium to purchase the ticket and asked how much I wanted for it, I told him $135, and for a whole week he thought that I had scalped him, until he found a ticket at his feet the following game and looked at the price. That frickhead had the nerve to tell me that he thought that I overcharged him for the ticket to the UGA game. I don't sell him any of my spare tickets anymore. I'd just as soon have the extra room. That's what I tell them anyway when they ask if I'd sell my extra ticket.
