Some of them are for sure.
But I think Legalizing it would help.
Not because the Pimls would stop trafficking but because less John’s will go to unlicensed pimps than legal brothels.
I told My brother when I argued For legalizing weed. Dealers and pimps are scummy mom and pop’s businesses and no ones better at putting those in the ground than national chains.
