It is if you want to believe it was released on purpose to influence a national election.
I've said this before--this is how viruses work. They jump species barriers, and depending in virulence, spread through the human population.
There has always been speculation as to when (not IF) an event like this would happen. Maybe the Chinese knew that and used it to their advantage. Maybe not.
No one will ever know what is the actual truth of this, contrary to what they believe.
