You can't make sh!tty, unreliable vehicles for so many years and then turn it around on a dime. I will absolutely agree that the new rams are the most luxurious of the full size trucks, but I am simply not a believer in the new found reliability. Time will tell.
Tundras - probably the best truck out there in terms of reliability and resale - poor mileage and desperately in need of an engine and body update.
Ford - who wants a 6 cyl in a full sized truck? aluminum everywhere? not for me. Ford has always drug up the rear in terms of interiors. All the buttons are square and you have to read the labels to figure out what is what. zero ergonomics involved in the interior design.
GM/chevy - best interiors (besides the ram) but the new GMC front end is hideous. probably as reliable as the ford and definitely better Than the ram. I do like the nose on the chevy better than the GMC.
Nissan - certainly not the prettiest, but my company has about 25 of them and we spend less on maintenance now than we did with any of the other brands. can't say much else nice about them.
I drive a 2015 because I haven't liked anything that has been put out from any of them since then. Maybe the tundra redesign will be enough to make me switch, but I haven't driven a gas truck in a long long time.

What does the rebel package include? Some light skidplates?
And suspension and a legit transfer case. Not one that relies on clutches that overheat like the standard 4x4 Rams. Also a slightly different appearance package.
