My father-in-law has a system that is flawless, and next to free.
Take your usual washtub, put a brick under one end of it so it's tilted. Empty the crawfish in the tub, take your empty sack and put it on the edge across from the brick. Use bungee cords to tie the empty sack to the tub, half of the sack hanging on top of the open tub to make a 'filter'. Stick your hose in the crawfish and let her rip. Swish the crawfish around with your hands once in a while, pick out dead ones and grass.
Who needs to spend $70 on some fancy tub?
