I just drafted him in the 16th round of a 10 team draft, didn't even realize he was still there. Is he gonna be a factor this year, or does it hinge on him and his knees staying healthy.

I think he will help the "O" and help loosen up the defenses to get Reggie on the outside, but don't expect him to rack up great numbers, so probably a bust in fantasy.

Dart, I see from the posts above that everyone is making fun of you. Have you ever played fantasy football before? Just in case you didn't know, in most leagues, it is considered unwise to have more than one kicker or defense on your roster at the start of the year.
Regarding Deuce, I think it's a great pick in the 16th round. I had Deuce as a back up (I can't remember which year, but post-Bush), and he was great. You never know when a hang nail will keep Reggie out of a game. If his knee is okay (which I hear it is), Deuce will touch the ball every game and will catch opposing defenses off guard when Bush is in. I think he'll see the endzone, too. Maybe not 8 times as was said above, but plenty enough to justify his roster spot.
