Moose.

Driving 20 mph on a snowy country road. Moose uses my headlights to cross the road in front of me, in the snow, in the dark.

He rolled up the hood, smashed the passenger side mirror, a couple of dents and rolled off.

Oh dear! I’ll never forget traversing the long and winding Louisiana Highway 1 during a summer thundershower, my driver Aleksandr at the wheel of the blacked out Mercedes Benz van, as a creature darted out of the woods near the historic town of Morganza and screeched to a halt in front of us. Fortunately my skilled Russian driver swerved to the side and we only knicked what turned out to be a feral hog. Ungodly swine!

2 deer. One was full grown, maybe 150 lbs and it did minimal damage to my first car... 1977 station wagon. It knocked out the headlights and cracked the windshield.
The other was a 100ish pound doe 3 years ago in a mid size sedan rental. Totaled it the frick out. Had to tow that car away.

Alligator was crossing on I-10 when I was on my way to BR to a baseball game.

No damage to my car but I saw his head fly off in my rear view mirror.

I hit a deer in LA and was surprised how easily it caused my car to do a 180.

Raccoon at 115mph in a Mazda MX3. Exploded the front ground spoiler, tore the plastic boot on the CV axle, and a new pair of underwear.

In 1977 my old man hit a huge boar near the old White Kitchen on US Hwy 90 near Slidell.

Totaled the brand new Malibu Station wagon (his company car), it ended up upside down out in the marsh.

He was unhurt, I had to go into the upside down car and get his belongings out of it for him.

Sister unit to the car but it was bone stock.
