I’ve used 500mg capsules of DL-phenylalanine (an amino acid) for immediate, no real withdrawals. Though I recommend tapering down to one cup first, then take the jump to see how you body reacts. Take one 500mg for every cup you usually would have.

The habit of drinking something warm in the morning is a fierce beast.
