The concern here is that Perkins Coie is the firm that has represented Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party for years. Although this was a long time ago, it still is noteworthy that there is also this connection. Perkins Coie is currently working with other firms in Arizona in their attempts to stop this audit in Maricopa County:
So, the new Judge is a colleague of the Law Firm which is filing to shut down the audit? No conflict there? Who would have guessed that.
Rotten to the core.

How does a judge get selected for this?
Amazing how the Dems are fighting this. Imagine the resources they deployed to cheat around the country.

This is the worst possible news that could happen right now. Unbelievable. We need a Maricopa stickied thread

It is impossible to win when one side goes out of its way to be ethical and transparent and the other side goes out of its way to cover up and be unethical. Anyone who thought the satanic dems didn't have a plan, were kidding themselves. They always have a plan, and are three steps ahead of us every time.

I am Trying to find the specific grounds for recusal in Arizona.
But in most states, it absolutely it.
Judges aren’t disqualified from hearing cases from firmed they worked for 25 years before the matter at hand ever formed.

Shouldn't this judge have to recuse himself too? Conflict of interest.
Well that requires ethics... so....

The ballot box (a fair election) failed.
The jury box (a fair judicial system) failed and is failing.
What in the world could be left on the table as an option?

Hit the roadGator. Maybe the Highway to Hell has an HOV lane as I'm sure it's gonna be congested...especially the b]left[/b] lanes.
