DCA is not very far, nor is the river. Depending on wind direction the Potomac river is the flight lane on departures. That noise could have been legit airport traffic or black helos swarming in for the arrest...

Those first 2 have been explained as "possibly" the WW1 memorial fly over. Have not seen any fact checks on that, however, that 3rd link does seem odd, (added to many other oddities of this fake president). The plane at the top of the stairs she is climbing does not seem to have a plane, (AF2).
Speaking of which, according to guys that monitor flight traffic, (like Monkeywerx), Ole' Joe's plane, that should be designated AF1, has not held that designation, on the few times he has flown.
It is listed as "NA".

Who in here is acting enlightened besides you? What’s the explanation for the flyover ... besides you speaking in mentally ill giberish? Someone said potentially WWI memorial flyover - seems like a really innocent reasoning that would easily be acknowledged by our leaders, but they haven’t given the explanation. You’ve said nothing productive but what’s new.
