But part of the entire reason people like it is the uniformity of the workers etc
So yeh, it kinda is a big deal to change that.

Again, what does it say about the fragility of the employees who don't seem to grasp that you can't just do whatever you want, look however your want or say whatever you want at a job someone else is paying you to do... unless they want to allow you to do those things. Cool. But the people shelling out thousands of dollars to go there have a say in this as well.
