I read that the mother actually lived only a couple of doors away - may have been some scam going on there = park the kid out with an aunt to get the foster care payments - share $$ between aunt/mother.

When you hear the comments of the surrounding neighbors towards the officer who just saved a black life...you begin to understand how backwards and unintelligent this culture is.
