No ish you’re spending a good amount on Bermuda. I’m assuming just common Bermuda due to cost of other varieties. Just quick math would be 44,000 sq feet per acre and 2lbs of seed per 1k and seeding 5-8 acres would be 450-700lbs of seed.

Water every day for the first two weeks until the young plants start to emerge. Do you know the ph of your soil? For most residential sites I’m not too concerned as most of the results are fairly equal across the board. However for a large site like yours I’d make sure it was around 6.5 before starting.

Not sure what your plan on fertlizing is but I’d contact American Plant Food in Bartlett or Comanche for bulk fert.
