Probably not, but I’ll put it this way on how much of a freedom absolutist I am: if some guy wishes to be killed and cannibalized by another person who will oblige him, so long as they have a signed contract before a judge saying both parties are consenting this, then I think they should be allowed to do it. Consent is all I really care about. Again the kid thing brings up a third party on the incest, so I’m on the fence on that.

I’ve come to see that through your posts. I understand, but don’t agree. At some point morality has to kick in. I don’t think legal loop holes for allowing people to indulge in their depravity makes sense. Does it happen? Yes, these things happen, but you’re opening Pandora’s box. Where does it stop?

There's kind of the rub. Consent assumes capacity to consent. I see what you are saying about judge to be there to bless consent, but a parent & child that want to marry/frick each other is clearly beyond the bounds of rational, normal and socially acceptable behavior.
Morality has to cross paths & reconcile with societal norms at some point otherwise we are left with neither.
