A huge reason why some people move out West. Blue skies 320 days a year and only 20 inches of rain a year.

I've had my brand new zero turn since Monday. The extent of its use has been a few zero turns on my cement driveway so far. I'm beyond frustrated with the rain right now.

I would be scared of putting down money in an area dependent on water from somewhere else.

I meant more southwest. Not so much Colorado. Although Denver does get 300 days of sunshine a year.

The day that I’m angry at the weather for keeping me off my mower will never come.

I’m down here too. Beautiful weather. I’m in awe of Florida’s infrastructure.
