I think her not getting caught up in this round increases the odds that they are going to use her in the Sister Abigail (as rumored.) Ruby not being released makes me think it's going to be on a slow burn until SummerSlam or they could bring Logan back to replace Liv.

A couple make some sense. Joe and Mickie are older and have had repeated medical issues. They pulled the plug on Billie just before her schtick got stale. Tucker/Kalisto/MoJo/Blake were tag guys who got the post-breakup Marty Jannety treatment.

Chelsea and PeyRo had really shitty timing. Chelsea was getting a rocket up her arse on Night 1 until she got hurt 20 seconds into that match. They split the IIconics up because Vince wanted to push PeyRo and then woke up the next day and said nevermind.

I thought Mickie was working backstage. She'd be great as a women's HBK style (occasional) coach in NXT. Shitty year/week for the Rotundas. First the own man gets laid off, then the older son has his gimmick buried at WM, and then the younger brother gets fired after sitting in catering for over a year.

Let's address the elephant in the room. They made these cuts less than 24 hours after releasing management salaries that included a $5m sign-on bonus for the new President and something like $8m for Vince/Steph/HHH. At best that's just bad form. At worst you now have an entire locker room (excluding Charlotte and Roman) that's pissed at you.

Finally, I don't see many of them going to AEW. I think this would be an excellent time for ROH to surpass TNA as the other (along with AEW) 2nd tier promotion. Obviously there are plenty of relationship connections where you can piece together a few of their next destinations. But does AEW really want Cassie MacIntosh when Spears may be on his way out?
