She was trying to force her way into an area she was not allowed. She was well beyond what you describe here. Most states consider breaching an entry like that a violent crime, normally breaking and entering. Resisting without violence and fleeing and eluding are not considered violent offenses.

Yeah, that's called illegal trespassing. A misdemeanor in most states.

Breaking and entering by itself is typically charged as a misdemeanor.
