By the time they wake up, the damage is done. It reminds me of how the Russians always used soldiers to advance the rifle in combat. 10 men to each rifle. As one died, the next picked up the rifle and carried it as far as they could until they died. The 8-10 guys finished the job.

Damage being done goes beyond homes destroyed and lives lost, it does immense destruction which cannot be seen. Their actions will create a hatred that will burn so deep that it will last through out that victims lifetime but also into their children's. Whatever trust and hope has been gained will vanish and never return.
