A little bit of research shows that 23% more people died in 2020 than what models expected. That's pretty significant.

It is, and it will be interesting to see what mortality looks like for the next few years if these are pulled forward or not. I wouldn't know where to begin to separate out causes of death from the virus vs response to virus.

I recall that, for a time, the average age of a covid death was 78 -- the same as the overall average age of any death.

Models also said we would have over 2 million covid deaths. Models predict dozens of paths for a hurricane. Models are mostly shite that no rational person would use to justify an argument.
