Both below average present day coaches. Gentry is more likable and relatable on the whole. Personally, I’d much rather grab a bite and a beer with Gentry. I also think he truly loves basketball. I get the sense that basketball wouldn’t make Gundy’s fave 5.

I used to root for Alvin and I honestly felt bad for him due to the Zion injuries and restrictions. I honestly don’t give a shite if Gundy is successful. I’d actually kind of like it if we imploded bad enough for him to get fired after this season so we can get a real coach in here.

I miss Monty. Loomis fricked up badly when be sided with his fellow GM (Dell), over Monty,

All of a sudden everybody loves Monty. There were tons of fire Monty threads on here years before he got fired and the board as a whole wanted him gone long before he was fired. Not so much anymore.

Monty was terrible. Absolutely putrid.

Why? Month was a bottom 3 coach when we had him.

Even if he's solid now, look how long it took.
