I've flown them a couple of dozen times between Nashville and Panama City, and all but one flight was pretty casual. They harped on the mask requirements at the beginning and did enforce them throughout, but were very reasonable about it.

That one flight, though. The crew were unbelievable. Starting being bitches to one lady before they even closed the jetway because she was drinking too slowly and didn't have her mask up enough. She explained she was drinking and did put her mask back on. About 5 min later somebody from the terminal comes on and tells her, her friend and her 16yo son they have to deplane. Bear in mind the friend and the son were wearing their mask the entire time. They protested, but got up and left.

A young couple in their early 30's or so across the isle from them spoke up politely but insistently on their behalf, saying that was ridiculous and unnecessary. About 15 min later they were kicked off as well.

If the rest of the plane didn't get up and leave, y'all are cowards. This shite happens because people watch and place their heads in the sand. No way should y'all let them throw off someone who was defending another American who was having their rights violated. The whole plane should have gotten up and left.
