He started committing a crime as soon as a lawful agent of the entity who has legal control of the property ask him to leave. Just because you comply with the law when the police arrive doesn't mean you don't get arrested.

Disney doesn’t frick around with trespassing as well. They have gone after youtubers for trespassing who go into unauthorized areas years after they have done it and ban them for life.

No he didn't. Now if he refused to leave then I can see getting the cops involved. Maybe that's exactly what happened.
I don't understand the part where the guy asks if the cops can take his temperature and they say it's too late.
