Really? In this day and age of the democrat set up? If someone lies and says they're 18, you shouldn't go to jail just because you took their word.

The daily mail can be damned good with their articles and getting photos no one else does. They have been reporting Trump would be indicted for a month now.
This article now adds that Matt helped his friend make fake ID's.
They may be shaking down his friend but they need evidence. Matt is not guilty by association. Unless they want him to be to get rid of him politically.
Check out sugar daddy sites. They say, if you sign up here you do you agree you are 18 years or older.
I doubt anyone knew this chicks age.
