In the past it was suppose to be enjoyable and relaxing but now it is toxic and no fun any more. Only a few good sports I still watch. Missouri football, St. Louis Blues, and St. Louis Cardinals. I also watch major tennis tournaments. Also watch some major golf but a lot less now. I still watch NSCAR. But not as much as I used to. Soon I will be watching the World comes to an end! I haven't been watching the news for over a year now. The only news I see is articles from the internet. That is it. I never see the News on T.V.. It is over for me. It is no good now. I am trying to get out to the country more than ever. Try watching less T.V. and do more outside activities. It is a must of you want to feel good and be or stay healthy.
