They're sharing information that was made public during the airing of the jury selection. I hate the NYT, but come on, they're not doing anything special. shite, we posted all the information about the jurors while it was going on in the thread on the OT.

I said from day one this would happen. It's impossible to keep the identity of jurors in a petit jury trial secret. The judge will do what he can inside the courtroom to protect their identities, but other than that, the government cannot guarantee their anonymity.
