No one is saying you need a drivers license or passport to vote.
But the question should be, why do poor blacks get a driver's license or passport at half the rate as poor whites?
Is it systemic racism where government employees refuse Ids to blacks, or is it a cultural thing? Its def not access. Because poor rural whites would have less access than poor inner city blacks.
The truth is that liberals are just racist.

So the question becomes whether they should be compelled to undertake that effort in order to exercise a right guaranteed under the 15th Amendment. I think it is a valid question to ask, even if my personal opinion is that the burden is fairly minimal. Of course, lots of folks said the same about small poll taxes 100 years ago.
