It’s a crappy situation, sure. I just know Kelly, and he would have never intentionally done anything that would hurt his employees like this.. he’s always gone above and beyond to do right by his employees since I’ve known him.. he was just put in a bad spot when Nationwide and BCBS blind sighted him.
Just to clarify, when I said upper management failed him, I mostly mean Devon.

You keep saying this, but neither of those companies drop you IF he was doing solid business.

You dont get blind sided by an insurance premium. As a business owner you know what you owe long before its due. As you admitted already... by saying the premiums were paid quarterly. Also, BCBS can backdate a lapse in coverage even if the premium is paid late(up to a certain point). So basically what it comes down to is the premiums were taken out of employees checks and never paid to BCBS which = theft.

Coastal Bridge was under contract to repair a fender on the sunshine bridge when it was damaged by the ship. DOTD has a rule that states if a bridge is damaged by others while it is under contact with someone one else (anyone), the current contractor will get a change order to preform any required repairs. I am not sure if you know this or not but Coastal did not do most of the repairs caused by that ship accident. The work was preformed by another well respected contractor who i will not mention. Coastal hit a gold mine by that ship hitting the bridge and Kelly is apparently holding on the money paid to him by DOTD to reimburse the state police for traffic control while the bridge was closed. This was a win-win for Coastal Bridge
Again Moto, how is this Devon's fault?

Dixie,
What size were your old boobs and what size are the new ones? Are they built for speed or comfort?
