If anything I'd argue the baker has a better case with this one. Is "gender transitioning" a protected class under the civil rights act? He's not refusing to make a cake based on their gender alone.

As a gay man I would like to point out that transgender people are actually the homophobes. Taking hormone drugs and going as far as surgery just to keep from saying you're a feminine gay or a butch lesbian is as homophobic as it comes.

bro getting diddled did something to your brain.

He should be able to refuse service to anyone he choices. Who the frick are you and who the frick is the government to tell him he has to do something? frick off.

If i was in his shoes i would just charge an extremely unreasonable amount. Like another poster said I would have charged what it took to defend the last case.

I think his stated reason is I don't make obscene cakes with genitalia and boobs. I think that is in line with most Christian tenets.
