I see the confusion about what the radio guys must have said.
The other poster said Sims has faced 35 batters and struck out 30 of them.
In actuality, Sims has gotten 35 outs (11.2 innings pitched) and 30 of them have been K’s.

I may have misunderstood the radio guys or they did a poor job if explaining themselves. Thxs again.
