I would have gone with Tourette syndrome.

I went to college and law school with a guy who had Tourette syndrome and his primary tic was the hard R n-word usually preceded by "frickin". I always figured he was damn lucky he was a massive college linebacker otherwise his blonde-haired blue-eyed life would likely to have been much harder. I lost track of him after he transferred to another law school, I always wondered what type of law he practices.
