Ask your doc about bupropion. It's a 2nd line antidepressent with no sexual disfunction, can help with weight loss and smoking cessation.

Paxil was the worst for me with that. You have to be honest with your doctor and see what they can do. Paxil though...I sympathize with you. The thing that sucks about those meds is they just have to try different combos a lot of the time until something works.
If nothing else see if they can lower the dose but from what I remember Paxil specifically is the worst for that stuff.
It was a little while ago but I think I had some success and few side effects with celexa and wellbutrin. Everyone's different though, what sucks about psych meds is there's a lot of trial and error until you find something that works.

paroxetine is also used to treat premature ejaculation.
someone already mentioned bupropion. just remember that your 40mg of paroxetine is going to require a very long taper. never stop the paroxetine cold turkey.
