I remember being underaged and still being able to get a pitcher of beer with our pizza!

Yeah, this term is played out... it’s honestly too bad the younger crowd will never understand how awesome the late 70s thru early 90s really were. Didn’t have internet, or instant access to anything we wanted, but it didn’t matter. We had actual interaction with our friends, and had a great time doing it.

Were they the first pizza chain to do the stuffed crust as well?

We still hit that up about 5 times a year or so.

What was that pizza called that they used to have that was a crust on the bottom, then a layer of multiple cheeses, with another normal pizza on top of it? That thing was damn good.

Went to a waterfront restaurant last night. It was packed, no masks except on wait staff.

Almost felt normal.

if you went there circa 1990-1993 its possible. I was a long haired kid in metal t shirts beating everyone at that street fighter 2 arcade.

Last time I went there was about 10 years ago. Quality seemed to have dropped.

Shakey's after football games.

Went to one in Torrance, CA a couple of years ago. That was a 40 year flashback.

Yeah, I'm a boomer. Suck it, haters.

And some were buffets but only sometimes. Those were the best! Until Pepsi got involved. F them. Was Pizza Hut the Bigfoot? Or was that Little Caesars...I think Pizza Hut. Yep.

Had this been 1982, that would have been the norm... Loved that era.

Pizza Hut and Bonanza were our go to places for going out to eat back in the day.
