Raw whale meat sliced sashimi style is great. Pickled muktuk is good (whale blubber), regular stuff is OK.
Walrus is 50/50. Had it good a couple times, couple bad. People tend to overcook it and it gets tough. Not ny favorite but will eat.
Seal is delicious. Like a meatier liver. Great in soups and stews.
Akutaq (Eskimo ice cream): crisco + crowberries+powdered sugar and some water is the best. But all kinds are good like with salmonberries, lowbush blueberries, sourdock greens, etc. Its like buttercream frosting with berries, but they eat it straight.
