ummmm you do realiz that the whole basis of no knock warrents came about because of drug cases and wanting to preserve evidence....has nothing to do with safety.


Are you telling me its safier to send a army of men into a house unannounced vs doing a simple traffic stop our catching the suspect somewhere out and about? Because its not.

No knock warrants are much more dangerous. Anyone with a little sense and a weapon is going to defend their home when someone breaks in unannounced. In that situation, cops and criminals have no differences other than a shite stain judge saying its OK.
