Interestingly SC has had a Mexican QB recently, but not a black one. You don't see that very often.

There was a big article in the OC weekly about Sanchez last week. How he is a "hero" to the Mexican community on SoCal, and how some people didn't like his mouthpiece, etc...

Why just attack So. Cal? Spurrier has never had a black QB anywhere he's coached.
As a matter of fact, he took a two year starter he inherited (Donnell Pinkins?) and moved him to defense to start Blake Mitchell his first year.
